- • 3-5 years of data engineering experience, with hands-on production experience using Apache Airflow.
- • Proficiency in creating DAGs, writing Python, and developing custom Airflow operators and hooks.
- • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation techniques, and monitoring/optimizing data workflows in production environments.
- • Familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DBT, or similar analytics and orchestration platforms.
- • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage customers via Slack, email, knowledge transfer sessions, and pair programming.

- • Remote work flexibility within the United States, enabling work-life balance and geographic freedom.
- • Opportunities to engage with and contribute to the Apache Airflow open-source community.
- • Professional growth through deep technical mastery of Airflow and the Astronomer platform, positioning you as a trusted advisor in the data engineering space.
