- • Own the entire post-sales journey for Uncountable’s enterprise customers, acting as the single-threaded leader who ensures renewals, expansions, and enthusiastic advocacy across every account in your portfolio.
- • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects from kickoff to go-live: scope requirements, build detailed project plans, coordinate internal engineering, data-science, and product resources, and keep Fortune-500 and mid-market clients on schedule and within budget.
- • Drive measurable customer engagement by running quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and ad-hoc deep-dives that translate raw usage data into clear ROI narratives and actionable next steps.
- • Become the trusted strategic advisor who sits at the intersection of science, data, and business value—translating customer pain points into product roadmap priorities and ensuring every user sees Uncountable as mission-critical infrastructure.
- • Partner hand-in-hand with Sales leadership to craft multi-year expansion strategies for key accounts, co-developing business cases, pricing models, and executive-level proposals that grow ARR while deepening scientific impact.
- • Collaborate daily with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to surface friction in onboarding, champion customer-driven enhancements, and pilot new features that accelerate time-to-value across the entire customer base.
- • Act as the unwavering “voice of the customer” inside Uncountable—distilling field insights into crisp feedback loops that shape roadmap decisions, marketing narratives, and support processes.
- • Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in stakeholder management, executive storytelling, and value-based negotiation, raising the bar for the entire Account Management organization.
- • Travel 20–30 % to customer sites across North America and Europe, building in-person rapport with lab directors, VP R&D, and CIOs who rely on Uncountable to accelerate material innovation.
- • Leverage your passion for science, chemistry, or AI to speak credibly with PhD-level researchers while simultaneously translating technical breakthroughs into board-level business outcomes.
- • Continuously refine account-health scoring, renewal forecasting, and expansion pipeline methodologies, ensuring the broader Revenue organization operates with predictable, data-driven precision.
- • Champion customer advocacy programs—case studies, reference calls, conference speaking slots—that turn successful deployments into market-defining proof points for Uncountable’s next wave of growth.
