- • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact email CRM campaigns for Opendoor, translating big-picture business goals into flawlessly executed, data-driven communications that move the needle on engagement, conversion and revenue.
- • Translate high-level client briefs into crystal-clear internal briefs, working shoulder-to-shoulder with strategists, designers, copywriters and developers to scope, schedule and resource every campaign—then shepherd each one from concept to inbox without missing a beat.
- • Build and manage a living production calendar that balances speed, quality and capacity across multiple concurrent campaigns, flagging risks early and re-prioritising on the fly so nothing slips through the cracks.
- • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Opendoor stakeholders, distilling complex technical updates into concise, confident updates, negotiating timelines, clarifying dependencies and pre-empting blockers before they derail momentum.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by introducing smarter tools, templates and automations that shave hours off production cycles—think dynamic briefing docs, automated QA checklists and real-time performance dashboards.
- • Coach and mentor a distributed client-services squad spanning Toronto, Amsterdam and New York, modelling best-practice project management, sharing hard-won ecommerce insights and celebrating wins loudly to keep morale sky-high.
- • Dive deep into campaign metrics post-send, translating open rates, click-throughs and revenue attribution into actionable insights that inform the next wave of creative and optimisation strategies.
- • Collaborate with Dept’s global Personalised Content team to pilot new personalisation engines, A/B frameworks and modular design systems that scale across Walmart, eBay and other marquee clients.
- • Uphold Dept’s reputation for pixel-perfect, legally compliant email experiences by enforcing rigorous QA processes, accessibility standards and CAN-SPAM/GDPR guidelines on every send.
- • Foster an inclusive, feedback-rich environment where junior teammates feel safe to experiment, senior contributors feel heard and every voice is valued in the pursuit of category-defining work.
