  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term account retention and growth.
  • • Act as the critical liaison between clients and internal creative, project management, and production teams, translating complex client needs into clear, actionable briefs that drive timely and accurate deliverables.
  • • Proactively anticipate client demands in a fast-paced, project-based environment, shifting from reactive to strategic account management by identifying upcoming needs before they are formally requested.
  • • Oversee the end-to-end execution of social media marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and client expectations within tight deadlines.
  • • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on timelines, resources, and priorities, maintaining visibility into project status and mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
  • • Maintain detailed documentation of client preferences, communication styles, campaign performance, and feedback to inform future strategy and improve service quality.
  • • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing workloads effectively to ensure no project is delayed or overlooked despite high-volume, urgent requests.
  • • Deliver regular performance updates and insights to clients, using data and feedback to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for expanded scope or new initiatives.
  • • Ensure all client communications are professional, timely, and aligned with P10’s brand voice and pharmaceutical marketing compliance standards.
  • • Collaborate with the Director of Client Services and senior account leadership to refine internal workflows, improve client onboarding, and scale account management processes.
  • • Travel up to 20% to client sites for in-person meetings, strategy sessions, and relationship-building activities, representing P10 with professionalism and expertise.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, industry trends, and compliance requirements to guide client recommendations and avoid regulatory risks.
  • • Champion client satisfaction by resolving issues swiftly, managing escalations with calm authority, and turning challenges into opportunities for stronger client partnerships.
  • • Contribute to account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client behavior, campaign success, and evolving business goals.
  • • Document and share best practices with the team to elevate overall account management standards across the client portfolio.

  • • Experience thriving in fast-paced, project-based, and ambiguous environments
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to client sites
