đź“‹ Description
- • As a Billing & Analytics Software Engineer at Deepgram, you will own the systems that turn raw API usage into accurate invoices, revenue-grade analytics, and the self-service billing experience customers depend on—forming the financial backbone of a high-growth AI company where every dollar of revenue flows through your code.
- • Day to day, you will design and operate the full billing pipeline: ingesting and validating usage events from inference and voice agent services, building aggregation layers for usage summaries, integrating with usage-based billing platforms (M3ter, Metronome), synchronizing with Salesforce and RevOps tooling, developing customer-facing billing views in the Deepgram Console, managing API key and token access controls, and building internal analytics pipelines for Product, Growth, and Finance teams.
- • You will join the Console & Analytics team at Deepgram, the leading platform powering the trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, trusted by over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box, where AI-first thinking is core to how we operate and innovate at the pace of technological change.
- • In this role, you will ensure billing accuracy and financial integrity at scale, enable self-service customer experiences, provide actionable usage and revenue insights to internal teams, and directly support Deepgram’s product-led growth by removing billing complexity as a bottleneck to innovation.
