- • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with dealer partners via phone and video calls to build strong, long-term relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
- • Deliver detailed performance analysis to dealer clients, translating platform data into actionable insights that improve their return on investment and overall campaign effectiveness.
- • Lead the full onboarding and training process for new dealer partners, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience that sets the foundation for successful partnerships and high retention rates.
- • Own the performance of your client portfolio, with clear responsibilities to meet and exceed targets including upselling additional Carwow products and services.
- • Collaborate closely with the field-based Partner Success team to align client strategies, ensure seamless execution of initiatives, and deliver consistent value across all touchpoints.
- • Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio by analyzing dealer performance and proposing tailored solutions that address specific business needs.
- • Drive client retention and revenue growth by proactively recommending process improvements and enhancements to dealership operations on the Carwow platform.
- • Prioritize high-impact tasks ruthlessly, managing multiple stakeholder expectations while maintaining focus on outcomes that deliver measurable business results.
- • Operate with autonomy as a self-motivated, results-driven professional who takes full ownership of performance without requiring close supervision.

- • Utilize Excel or Google Sheets to handle, interpret, and visualize basic performance data to inform client recommendations and internal reporting.
