- • As an Account Manager at Saputo Dairy UK, you will lead strategically important accounts such as Booker and Costco, driving sustainable growth by building strong internal and external relationships and identifying long-term customer opportunities that align with the company’s strategic ambitions in the competitive FMCG dairy market.
- • You will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that support Saputo’s brand objectives, while owning the full planning process to drive shared value, certainty, and long-term partnerships with key retail customers.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams (including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure alignment and execution of category strategies, new product development (NPD), and commercial initiatives across key accounts.
- • You will lead proactive communication and commercial negotiations, leveraging deep account knowledge to navigate complexity, anticipate customer needs, and secure favourable terms that support both Saputo’s growth and customer satisfaction.
- • You will support and deliver agreed NPD and category strategies, using your analytical skills to translate market data and consumer insights into compelling, creative recommendations that drive category growth and reinforce Saputo’s market position.
- • You will organise and prioritise your workload effectively across complex, high-value accounts, ensuring timely delivery of business plans, performance tracking, and issue resolution while maintaining a strategic focus on long-term partnership development.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, including exposure to Own Label propositions.
- • Demonstrated track record of leading and negotiating annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs), successfully identifying and landing new commercial opportunities.
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams.
- • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, enabling effective management of complex accounts and delivery of business plans.
- • Highly analytical mindset, capable of translating data and insights into actionable, creative recommendations that drive category and business growth.
- • Strong commercial and business acumen, including a clear understanding of P&L management and value creation principles.
