  • • As an Account Manager at Amero (part of Everfield AG), you will drive growth through new sales and development of existing customers, with a focus on the museums and attractions sector, helping clients create great experiences and streamline operations through POS and online ticketing solutions.
  • • Day to day, you will build product knowledge, conduct outbound efforts via calling, LinkedIn, and social selling, manage pipeline in HubSpot, book meetings, conduct needs assessments, create proposals, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams, including a dedicated weekly calling day targeting 4–5 relevant meetings.
  • • Amero operates within the Everfield ecosystem, which acquires and grows European vertical market software companies, providing decentralized support in talent, HR, and operational expertise while allowing brands to maintain independence; founded in 2022, Everfield has a presence in 7 countries and is expanding.
  • • In this role, you will develop into a self-driven sales professional, achieve and exceed targets, build your own customer portfolio, master value-based selling, and progress toward a Key Account Manager role within 1–2 years through training and coaching from senior sales leaders.

  • • Unafraid of and motivated by a fixed weekly calling day focused on outbound sales, meeting booking, and social selling
  • • Knowledgeable or curious about using LinkedIn and social selling to build relationships and generate meetings
  • • Skilled at simplifying complex solutions to create customer confidence rather than confusion
  • • Committed to quality handover after order closure, recognizing that the sale is not complete until delivery is successful
  • • Driven to win but values teamwork, seeking to deliver results while fitting into a strong, collaborative sales team
