📋 Description
- • The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team at P10’s new content studio, ensuring urgent social media content needs are anticipated and executed efficiently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- • Day to day, the role involves understanding client needs proactively, translating them into clear briefs for creative and project teams, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and account growth.
- • P10 is launching a content studio focused on supporting fast-moving, project-based social media clients, particularly in pharmaceutical marketing, with a current reactive workflow that the Account Manager will help transform into a proactive, execution-driven model.
- • The person in this role will learn to navigate ambiguous, high-velocity environments, deepen expertise in pharmaceutical marketing client dynamics, and develop skills in cross-functional coordination, client strategy, and campaign execution while contributing to the studio’s foundational growth.
