Account Manager

📋 Description

• • The Account Manager at Credit Key is responsible for launching new merchant partnerships and driving ongoing growth, performance, and revenue optimization across their portfolio, serving as the primary owner of merchant relationships from onboarding through scale.
• • Day to day, the Account Manager will own end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new merchant partners, guide merchants through integration and go-live readiness, proactively identify revenue growth opportunities, analyze performance data, conduct regular business reviews, resolve escalated issues, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams, and maintain accurate account records while owning key account-level KPIs.
