  • • As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an indispensable member of our domestic Sales team, providing critical administrative support to both individual sellers and sales leaders. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of the sales department and actively contributing to business growth through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
  • • You will take a proactive stance in developing essential sales collateral, crafting compelling presentations, and staying abreast of market research. This knowledge will empower the Sales team with the insights and tools they need to succeed and, in turn, drive greater client demand for GumGum's innovative products.
  • • This position reports directly to the VP, Sales - Canada, based in the Greater Toronto Area, and will provide dedicated support to the entire Canadian sales team. While this role offers the flexibility of remote work, GumGum is committed to hiring candidates who reside within the local area specified in the job description. This local presence is crucial for effective client interaction, team collaboration, and maintaining alignment with business needs and time zone requirements.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to furnish them with up-to-date sales information and data. This includes maintaining and updating the Bi-Weekly Decks for all regions, which entails meticulously pulling relevant numbers, designing engaging slides, tracking meeting progress, and proactively coordinating with various teams to gather necessary inputs.
  • • You will also play a vital role in supporting the creation of high-impact decks for sales leaders' strategic projects. This will involve a keen focus on analyzing and presenting data related to new accounts, Average Revenue Per Deal (ARPD), win rates, and brand direct initiatives, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • • Furthermore, you will assist in the development of mock-ups and the creation of targeted one-sheets that effectively communicate the value proposition of GumGum's solutions to potential clients.
  • • You will be instrumental in running Quarterly Line of Business (LOB) reviews, ensuring all data is accurate and presented clearly to stakeholders.
  • • This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • • You will be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow between the sales team and other departments.
  • • Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department is paramount. Your support will directly impact the team's ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role, preferably within the technology or advertising industry.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong asset.
