📋 Description
- • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- • Collaborate with internal teams, including Electrical, Site Maintenance, and Project Analytics, to onboard and integrate new clients and manage existing projects.
- • Forecast and track key account/project metrics, and clearly communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
- • Identify and address customer needs and concerns, and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve services and processes.
- • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- • Perform other duties as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's of Science Degree in electrical engineering or appropriate field of study.
- • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management (creating client spreadsheets, conducting client phone calls, etc.).
- • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
