📋 Description
- • The Account Manager role at FiscalNote is critical for driving client retention and growth within mid-market accounts by building executive-level relationships and identifying both risks and opportunities.
- • Day to day, the Account Manager will establish and nurture strong client relationships, uncover client pain points and objectives, collaborate with internal teams including Client Success, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and pursue expansion opportunities within their portfolio.
- • FiscalNote’s Account Management team is at the forefront of a high-growth initiative, focused on delivering value through deep, multi-faceted client engagement and ensuring solutions exceed expectations while acting as the voice of the client across the organization.
- • In this role, the Account Manager will develop expertise in SaaS account management, refine executive communication and presentation skills, gain exposure to technology and policy domains, and strengthen data-driven decision-making abilities while contributing to client success and company growth.

- • Base salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year
