📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager at Panoptyc, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and growing relationships across your assigned portfolio to drive revenue and support the company’s mission of revolutionizing loss prevention through visual AI technology.
- • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers, deliver engaging product demonstrations, meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, track and report on sales activities and market insights, and represent the company professionally in all client interactions while adapting strategies to local market conditions.
- • You will join a fully remote, rapidly growing sales team at Panoptyc, a company that helps retailers detect theft in over 15,000 U.S. markets using AI and manual reviewers, serving clients from Fortune 500 corporations to local businesses.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen your expertise in B2B relationship management, gain experience selling AI-powered security solutions, and contribute directly to the growth of a mission-driven tech company expanding globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Experience with CRM software and mobile sales tools
- • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales experience
