Account Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Account Manager for Marmon Holdings, Inc., you will work with target customers throughout North America to present Marmon Rail Repair Services' railcar and tank car maintenance offerings, fostering long-term, 'win-win' relationships that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• • Day to day, you will manage customer accounts by understanding their railcar/tank car repair needs, serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance inquiries, liaising between customers and operations teams, preparing quotes, reviewing contracts, updating CRM and forecasting tools, and representing the company at industry and customer events.
• • You will be part of Marmon Holdings, a global industrial organization backed by Berkshire Hathaway, committed to making a positive impact on the world through diverse learning opportunities and a culture that empowers employees to be their best, with a preference for Houston-based remote work and up to 50% overnight travel.
