📋 Description
- • Develop and implement a territory-specific business development plan to proactively identify and target growth opportunities in the North West region.
- • Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential customers across all levels of the customer hierarchy, including architects, designers, and building professionals.
- • Identify decision-makers and educate them on the unique benefits, performance, and sustainability attributes of Interface’s flooring products, including carpet tile, LVT, and FLOR® area rugs.
- • Create and execute plans to reactivate dormant customers and establish new accounts within the assigned territory.
- • Accurately record, monitor, and report all sales opportunities in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure conversion into sales and to maintain or increase market share.
- • Sell Interface products and services within approved pricing guidelines while ensuring alignment with business mix objectives and achieving or exceeding billing targets.
- • Gather and relay market intelligence and competitor activity to internal teams to inform marketing strategies and new product development.
- • Leverage understanding of customer sustainability requirements to promote Interface’s carbon-negative mission and drive sales of sustainable flooring solutions.
- • Complete all administrative tasks promptly to enable accurate reporting, performance analysis, and forward planning.
- • Collaborate with cross-territory colleagues with integrity, proactively communicating to support shared business goals and maximize Interface’s competitive position.
- • Demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative by independently managing and growing a defined territory with high motivation, autonomy, and structured methodology.
- • Act as a natural networker, building trusted relationships at all organizational levels and consistently identifying key purchasing influencers.
- • Balance long-term B2B sales cycles with consistent pipeline development to ensure sustained revenue growth.
- • Utilize Excel and other computer systems to manage customer data, sales reports, and administrative documentation with precision and timeliness.
- • Maintain a full driving license and operate within the North West territory, with preference for candidates based in or near Manchester.
- • Align daily activities with Interface’s global commitment to sustainability and innovation in commercial flooring solutions.
