- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing all day-to-day communication and oversight to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- • Develop and lead weekly client meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments to maintain account momentum.
- • Collaborate with product, engineering, onboarding, and marketing teams to stay informed on Vetcove’s latest platform updates and effectively communicate these initiatives to clients.
- • Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for high-priority accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- • Analyze account performance metrics and create data-driven presentations to deliver performance updates, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategic actions to stakeholders.
- • Facilitate the client feedback loop by working closely with product and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs and feature requests from veterinary hospitals.
- • Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to successfully onboard new clinic acquisitions, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of Vetcove’s platforms.
- • Nurture long-term corporate relationships with veterinary practices to build affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform through consistent engagement and value delivery.
- • Deliver client-facing reports with actionable insights and business recommendations based on data analysis, tailored to the needs of senior leadership contacts.
- • Maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to produce professional presentations and analytical reports for clients and internal teams.
- • Demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills when engaging with clients, including senior veterinary decision-makers and corporate stakeholders.
- • Manage time and processes efficiently to juggle multiple client accounts, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

- • Willingness to travel for client-facing events, including in-person meetings and industry gatherings, to strengthen relationships and support account growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in account management
- • Bachelor's Degree
- • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts
- • Excellent time and process management skills
- • Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
