- • As a Compliance Engineer focused on the EU at ElevenLabs, you will help navigate complex regulatory landscapes including GDPR, the EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and HDS, turning compliance into a competitive advantage in regulated markets.
- • You will work closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to embed compliance into product development by writing technical documentation, building compliance-as-code tooling, and supporting enterprise sales through security questionnaires and customer compliance inquiries.

- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in AI governance and regulatory technology, shape go-to-market strategies for finance and telecom sectors, and contribute to building trustworthy AI systems at scale through hands-on technical and procedural innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience working with EU regulatory frameworks — GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and/or HDS
- • Hands-on with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, or the broader ISO 27000 series — gap analysis, risk assessments, audit support
- • Able to produce clear, precise technical compliance documentation that stands up to enterprise scrutiny
- • Comfortable supporting enterprise sales — responding to security questionnaires, customer compliance queries, and regulated-sector procurement
- • Experience building or maintaining compliance-as-code tooling to automate monitoring and reduce manual overhead
- • Based in EU/EMEA and able to operate within European business timezones
