  • • Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners in Belgium using a desk-based consultancy model via phone, email, and video calls.
  • • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Dutch-speaking restaurant owners and operators to ensure high-quality service and drive positive business outcomes for both partners and Deliveroo.
  • • Advise restaurant partners on marketing campaigns, operational improvements, and platform optimization to increase order volume and retention.
  • • Execute national and local marketing initiatives tailored to the Belgium market, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities and barriers to success.
  • • Act as the primary liaison between restaurant partners and internal Deliveroo teams, ensuring partner needs are communicated and addressed across technology, operations, and marketing functions.
  • • Use data-driven insights to diagnose performance issues and deliver creative, actionable solutions that enhance the delivery experience for restaurant partners.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including marketing, product, and analytics to align partner strategies with Deliveroo’s broader commercial goals.
  • • Monitor key performance metrics related to partner satisfaction, order growth, and retention, and proactively adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the restaurant and delivery industry in Belgium.
  • • Support the SMB team’s mission to empower independent restaurants by providing consultative, high-touch service despite a remote, desk-based engagement model.
  • • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to refine account management techniques and deepen platform expertise.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner support tools, communication templates, and reporting frameworks based on real-world feedback.
  • • Represent Deliveroo professionally in all partner interactions, upholding the company’s values and commitment to partnership and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management or sales with a track record of building strong client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • • Professional fluency in Dutch/Flemish, required to effectively communicate and consult with restaurant partners in Belgium.
  • • Strong communication skills with excellent phone and video conferencing etiquette for delivering high-quality consultancy remotely.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes of performance issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • • Enthusiasm for technology and digital platforms, particularly how they empower small businesses to grow.
  • • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
