  • • As the EMEA Account Manager at Wordly Inc., you will be responsible for driving renewal retention and expansion across a portfolio of key customers in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role is critical to sustaining and growing Wordly’s recurring revenue by ensuring customers achieve measurable value from its real-time translation platform, thereby reducing churn and unlocking enterprise-wide adoption. You will act as the primary strategic owner of customer relationships, translating product usage into business outcomes and aligning internal teams to deliver consistent, high-impact experiences.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the full renewal lifecycle for assigned EMEA accounts, with direct accountability for Net Revenue Retention (NRR); systematically mapping customer organizational structures to identify and engage multiple stakeholders across functions such as HR, L&D, Internal Comms, Marketing, and regional hubs; conducting structured health checks, adoption reviews, and quarterly business reviews to assess customer success and surface expansion opportunities; executing land-and-expand strategies to grow from single-use cases to broader, enterprise-wide adoption; maintaining accurate renewal and expansion forecasts in HubSpot with clear next steps, risk assessments, and close dates; serving as the voice of the customer by feeding insights, trends, blockers, and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams; and coordinating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and ensure a consistent customer experience.

The company provides real-time AI-powered translation and transcription services in over 50 languages, enabling inclusive communication across virtual meetings, in-person conferences, and hybrid events. Wordly serves a diverse global customer base ranging from local businesses and government entities to Fortune 500 enterprises, all seeking to break down language barriers and foster greater accessibility and engagement. As part of the EMEA GTM team, you will contribute directly to scaling Wordly’s impact in one of its most strategic international markets.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS account management, particularly within the collaboration and language technology space. You will sharpen your skills in strategic stakeholder mapping, commercial opportunity identification, and executive-level communication across diverse cultural contexts. You’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM-driven forecasting (HubSpot), cross-functional influence without authority, and translating customer feedback into product innovation. Success in this position can lead to advancement into senior account leadership, regional management, or broader GTM strategy roles within a high-growth startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Customer Success, specifically managing B2B SaaS accounts across the EMEA region with ownership of renewals and retention.
  • • Proven track record of protecting renewals, growing existing ARR, and driving adoption through structured, metrics-based account management practices.
  • • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to proactively identify customer needs, quantify value, and pitch solutions — acting as an "internal hunter" rather than waiting for inbound requests.
  • • Demonstrated skill in navigating complex organizations, securing introductions, and building multi-threaded relationships with users, champions, procurement, IT, and senior stakeholders.
  • • Proficiency in maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene using tools like HubSpot, with a structured approach to account planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • • Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose root causes of low adoption or risk and develop practical, actionable plans to improve account health.
  • • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity across diverse EMEA territories.
