  • • Own and expand Rockwell Automation’s presence across Taiwan’s most influential industrial accounts, including Formosa Group and Taipower. You will be the single point of accountability for revenue, relationship depth, and long-term strategic alignment, turning these flagship customers into showcase references for our Connected Enterprise vision.
  • • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that blend direct engagement with sophisticated distributor partnerships. You will decide when to “go direct,” when to leverage channel partners, and how to orchestrate both routes to maximize share-of-wallet and customer satisfaction.
  • • Translate complex customer challenges—spanning PLC, VFD, servo, and IIoT/SCADA domains—into differentiated Rockwell solutions. You will lead consultative discovery workshops, craft ROI-driven proposals, and secure executive sponsorship for multi-million-dollar programs.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional resources (sales engineers, product specialists, service teams, and distributor personnel) as one unified market-access team. You will set priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Rockwell’s premium brand promise.
  • • Design and implement distributor performance-improvement plans. This includes joint business planning, quarterly scorecards, targeted training, and on-site coaching that elevates technical competency and sales execution across the entire partner network.
  • • Launch new products and promotional campaigns with precision. You will translate global marketing assets into locally relevant playbooks, train distributor teams, and monitor pipeline impact to ensure every launch exceeds adoption targets.
  • • Resolve channel conflict swiftly and fairly—whether APR violations, pricing disputes, or territory overlap—balancing customer needs, partner economics, and Rockwell policy to protect long-term relationships.
  • • Report on revenue forecasts, funnel health, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence through Salesforce and Tableau dashboards. Your data-driven insights will guide regional investment decisions and inform global product roadmaps.
  • • Champion diversity, inclusion, and sustainability inside your accounts and across the partner ecosystem. You will embed Rockwell’s corporate citizenship goals into account plans, unlocking co-marketing opportunities around energy efficiency, safety, and workforce development.
  • • Mentor junior account managers and distributor sales reps, sharing proven methodologies for executive access, value-based selling, and negotiation. Your coaching will multiply the impact of every resource you touch.
  • • Travel across Taiwan up to 40 % of the time, balancing face-to-face customer engagement with hybrid collaboration at our Taipei office (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). You will model Rockwell’s flexible-work culture while staying visible to customers and partners alike.
