📋 Description

  • • Own the end-to-end P&L for one or more of Unisys’ largest Dutch-based clients, acting as the single point of accountability for revenue growth, margin expansion and client satisfaction across multi-year, multi-million-euro contracts.
  • • Build and nurture trusted C-suite relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CHROs and line-of-business leaders, translating their strategic objectives into a joint business plan that positions Unisys as an indispensable innovation partner rather than a traditional vendor.
  • • Lead quarterly executive business reviews that surface emerging pain points, digital-transformation road-maps and investment priorities; co-create value cases that quantify cost savings, risk reduction and revenue enablement for the client.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams (solution architects, delivery executives, legal, finance, risk and third-party alliances) to craft and negotiate complex, multi-tower deals spanning Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML and Managed Services.
  • • Drive a consultative, challenger-style sales motion: diagnose latent needs, re-frame problems and present disruptive solutions that expand wallet share by 20 %+ year-over-year while protecting base-contract renewals.
  • • Maintain an always-current account strategy map that segments stakeholders (economic buyers, technical buyers, influencers, gatekeepers) and plots engagement cadence, political dynamics and win themes for each opportunity.
  • • Champion client-voice programs: design and execute NPS and CSAT surveys, analyse root-cause drivers of dissatisfaction, and mobilise delivery teams to implement corrective actions that improve scores within two quarters.
  • • Serve as escalation quarterback for high-severity incidents, contractual disputes and pricing negotiations, ensuring transparent communication, rapid resolution and preservation of long-term trust.
  • • Monitor competitor moves, regulatory changes and macro-economic trends in the Dutch market; synthesise insights into actionable battle-cards that sharpen Unisys’ differentiation and pricing strategy.
  • • Mentor junior account executives and sales specialists, transferring knowledge on consultative selling, financial acumen and stakeholder management to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • • Ensure 100 % compliance with Unisys’ sales methodology (ValueSelling), CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and governance checkpoints; deliver accurate weekly forecasts and quarterly business reviews to EMEA leadership.
  • • Collaborate with marketing to craft account-based campaigns, thought-leadership events and executive round-tables that elevate Unisys’ brand and generate qualified pipeline within target accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s or MBA preferred.
  • • 10 + years of enterprise sales or account management in IT managed services, with a demonstrable record of growing accounts > €20 M ARR.
  • • Proven consultative solution-selling expertise across Digital Workplace, Cloud, Security or Outsourcing domains.
  • • Established C-level network in the Netherlands and fluency in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
  • • Deep understanding of Dutch commercial law, public-sector procurement (if applicable) and competitive landscape.
