• • What the person will do day to day: Drive adoption on live projects by understanding how each team plans and helping them do it better with Aphex; build relationships with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Planning, Operations Directors, and Digital Leads; spot and create expansion opportunities including new divisions, new project types, and new products like Aphex Diary; work with and lead customer success managers to deliver great onboarding and activation for customers; help customers build consistent operating processes across their projects so Aphex becomes how they work, not another tool to manage; hit quarterly and annual expansion targets.
