- • Drive growth within a defined territory by developing strategic customer relationships and identifying opportunities across the industrial software, automation, and digital transformation portfolio.
- • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets within assigned accounts and territories.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at operational, technical, and executive levels.
- • Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities across the software and automation portfolio.
- • Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, partners, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within industrial technology, automation, or software industries.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- • Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas.
- • Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel as required.
