- • Manage and grow an existing book of business with Bullhorn’s mid-market clients, ensuring high retention and contract upgrades.
- • Establish and cultivate C-level relationships with key decision-makers within designated client organizations.
- • Identify, articulate, and align with clients’ strategic, organizational, and financial goals using consultative selling techniques.
- • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue growth, client satisfaction, and product adoption across assigned accounts.
- • Create and deliver tailored account plans and sales campaigns that address specific client needs and drive upsell opportunities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., implementation, support, product) to optimize client use of Bullhorn’s products and services.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and contact information within Bullhorn’s CRM system for all engaged accounts.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience aligned with Bullhorn’s core values.
- • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through deep understanding of client operations and Bullhorn’s solution suite.
- • Demonstrate consistent ownership, energy, speed, and service in all client interactions, embodying Bullhorn’s five core values.
- • Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement and career development.
- • Contribute to team goals by sharing best practices, insights, and feedback to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- • Maintain a high level of accountability for meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- • Leverage data and client insights to inform sales strategies and demonstrate measurable impact on client success and company revenue.
- • Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay current with industry trends, product updates, and sales methodologies.
- • Represent Bullhorn professionally in all client communications, reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality and service.
