  • • As an Account Manager for BeReal in France, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of BeReal’s advertising business in one of its key European markets. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client campaigns, ensuring they deliver measurable results while maintaining the authentic, user-centric ethos that defines the BeReal platform. Your work will directly contribute to scaling BeReal’s monetization strategy and strengthening its position as a trusted, innovative social network.
  • • You will own the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns for French-based clients, from initial briefing and strategy development through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. This includes leveraging BeReal’s proprietary ad tech stack to deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns that align with both client objectives and platform integrity. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be critical in demonstrating campaign value and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • Day to day, you will prepare campaign briefs and media plans tailored to client goals, configure and launch campaigns using BeReal’s adtech tools, monitor real-time performance metrics (including reach, engagement, and conversion), and make data-driven adjustments to optimize delivery and ROI. You will produce clear, visually engaging performance reports for clients, highlighting key learnings and recommendations for future iterations.
  • • You will serve as the primary strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, scheduling regular check-ins, presenting campaign results in meetings, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional ad formats, audience targeting options, or seasonal campaigns based on client behavior and market trends.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role: you will work closely with BeReal’s marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign strategies are aligned with platform updates, creative best practices, and emerging ad solutions. You will also gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall advertising offering.
  • • By maintaining deep relationships with key advertisers and agencies in France, you will help build trust and loyalty, positioning BeReal as a preferred partner for brands seeking authentic engagement with Gen Z and millennial audiences. Your success will be measured not only by campaign performance and revenue growth but also by client retention and satisfaction scores.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in social media advertising, particularly within emerging platforms that prioritize user experience and authenticity. You will sharpen your skills in campaign management, data analysis, client consulting, and cross-functional collaboration — all within a fast-growing, mission-driven company backed by Voodoo’s global scale and resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in an ad tech company or related digital advertising field
  • • Proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns and client relationships in the ad tech space
  • • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising technologies and campaign optimization techniques
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • • Ability to analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and present them clearly to clients
  • • Fluency in English (required for internal collaboration and client communication)
