  • • Own the entire customer journey—from first signed order through final service delivery—acting as the single point of accountability for every digital-infrastructure deal you touch. You will quarterback cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, legal, and vendor partners to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on brand.
  • • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans. You will build and maintain detailed timelines, risk registers, and success metrics in our project-management stack (Asana, Notion, and Salesforce) so that every stakeholder knows exactly what needs to happen next and why it matters.
  • • Schedule, prepare for, and run customer-facing meetings (kick-offs, weekly status calls, executive briefings, and post-mortems). You will craft agendas, capture concise notes, and circulate action items within minutes—not hours—so that momentum never stalls and no detail slips through the cracks.
  • • Serve as the customer’s day-to-day advocate inside Inflect. You will triage questions, escalate blockers, and negotiate win-win solutions with vendors and internal teams alike, ensuring that customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) stay above 90 % and NPS climbs quarter over quarter.
  • • Drive revenue growth by spotting upsell and expansion opportunities during routine project check-ins. You will partner with Advisors to package these insights into compelling proposals, helping us grow account value by 20 %+ annually without ever resorting to pushy sales tactics.
  • • Build and refine scalable playbooks that turn one-off wins into repeatable processes. You will document lessons learned, automate routine workflows, and mentor junior team members so that our collective capacity scales faster than our headcount.
  • • Monitor real-time dashboards that track delivery milestones, SLA compliance, and financial health. You will flag anomalies early, propose corrective actions, and present concise executive summaries that enable leadership to make data-driven decisions at speed.
  • • Champion a culture of radical transparency and customer empathy. You will solicit candid feedback, share both successes and failures openly, and continuously iterate on how we serve the builders of the internet’s backbone.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing complex B2B technology projects or accounts—ideally within cloud, connectivity, or data-center ecosystems.
  • • Demonstrated mastery of modern project-management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill technical nuance into concise, customer-friendly language.
  • • Proven ability to juggle 10–15 concurrent customer engagements without letting quality, timelines, or relationships suffer.
  • • Nice-to-have: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification; familiarity with telecom quoting and ordering systems such as Netcracker or Salesforce CPQ.
