📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager for Lightspeed’s Golf team, you will manage a portfolio of golf course customers across North America, helping them maximize value from the Lightspeed platform through consultative selling, customer success, and industry expertise.
- • Day to day, you will proactively reach out to customers to drive product usage and add-ons, identify and mitigate churn risks, define success criteria with clients, serve as a point of escalation for issues, conduct reporting on CSAT/NPS, stay current on product updates, and act as the voice of the customer by flagging product requests to internal teams.
