• • The Growth & Retention Account Manager (Great Lakes) role at Cambium Learning Group, Inc. is a strategic position focused on driving new business development and long-term customer retention in the K–12 education space, combining a hunter’s mindset with trusted advisor relationships to support the company’s mission of creating opportunity for every student through literacy.
• • Day to day, the Account Manager will own and execute a comprehensive territory plan, engage in strategic prospecting using data-driven outreach, manage pilot programs, prepare renewal and upsell proposals, maintain relationships across multiple district stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 4-5 times as needed to meet with prospects and attend key events.
