- • As an Account Manager for Greek Markets at Playson Limited, you will be a pivotal member of the Commercial department, directly responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of the company’s gaming portfolio in one of its key regional markets. Your role will center on building and sustaining strategic client relationships that translate into long-term business value and market expansion.
- • Day to day, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships through consistent engagement and tailored support. You will assume full commercial responsibility for these accounts, developing and implementing strategic account plans designed to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on client needs, tracking and reporting monthly revenue performance with clear insights, and serving as a trusted advisor who optimizes client operations using Playson’s gaming solutions and promotional offerings. You will also represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, while upholding and promoting the organization’s core values in all interactions.
- • You will join a dynamic and results-driven Commercial team within Playson Limited, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions with a strong presence across regulated European markets. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accountability, initiative, and market awareness are highly valued. Success in this role contributes directly to the company’s growth objectives in the Greek iGaming sector, supported by a culture that encourages professional ownership and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the iGaming industry, particularly within the Greek market, while refining your strategic account management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will gain hands-on experience in driving revenue through data-informed decision-making, CRM utilization, and promotional strategy execution. Over time, you will have the opportunity to evolve into a senior commercial leader, shaping account strategy and influencing market approach for one of Playson’s key territories.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
- • Proficiency in English; Greek language is strongly desirable
- • Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a specific focus on the Greek market
- • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- • Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
