📋 Description
- • Manage end-to-end implementation and renewal of client accounts, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with all benefit plans.
- • Coordinate strategy meetings and document collection with Business Consultants to align client needs with benefit solutions.
- • Market, analyze, and negotiate group benefits and rates across all coverages, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans.
- • Initiate and manage carrier renewal requests, conducting pre-renewal and renewal meetings in person or via Zoom.
- • Quote open market options when necessary to secure optimal client pricing and coverage.
- • Deliver final renewal packages to clients and facilitate final benefit selections with employees.
- • Obtain and monitor employee applications and manage benefit administration portals to ensure accurate and timely enrollment.
- • Complete first bill audits and host client meetings to review implementation outcomes and address any discrepancies.
- • Maintain high client retention and satisfaction by building strong relationships with key client contacts and providing proactive service.
- • Ensure all clients receive a high level of professionalism and customer service, including 24-hour response times to inquiries.
- • Provide ongoing status updates to clients when resolution cannot be achieved within 24 hours to maintain transparent communication.
- • Educate clients and key contacts on benefits, compliance requirements, contributions, and regulatory obligations.
- • Ensure client compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including COBRA administration and required filings.
- • Interpret and analyze Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), insurance regulations, and governmental compliance documents.
- • Define problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to resolve client issues effectively.
- • Utilize multiple technology platforms to access client, employee, carrier, payroll, and HR data for daily operational tasks.
- • Maintain utmost discretion in all client, staff, and leadership communications and correspondence.
- • Work collaboratively with sales and support teams to ensure consistent service delivery across the client lifecycle.
- • Perform all duties in a professional, organized manner with strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet strict deadlines.
- • Travel as needed for in-person client meetings and site visits.
- • Adhere to physical demands including prolonged sitting, close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus while working in an office environment.
- • Operate within a moderate noise office environment with access to standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, and communication tools.
