📋 Description

  • Lead the commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across Northeast England, driving growth and ensuring alignment with District Leadership and Sales Management.
  • Deliver annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospital customers within the Northeast England region.
  • Be accountable for sales performance of the Patient Monitoring portfolio, collaborating with regional teams to achieve annual financial goals across hospital-based customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions tailored to hospital needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans informed by win/loss analysis and market intelligence to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Engage with clinical and procurement stakeholders at hospital sites to demonstrate product capabilities, address clinical needs, and support purchasing decisions.
  • Work from home with an expectation of up to 60% travel across UK hospital sites to conduct customer visits, support clinical demonstrations, and foster account development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of patient monitoring technologies and their clinical applications in ICU, OR, critical care, and cardiology settings.
  • Translate clinical insights into commercial strategies that align with hospital priorities and healthcare system objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procurement requirements when engaging with NHS and private healthcare providers.
  • Represent Philips’ commitment to connected care by promoting solutions that enhance patient outcomes through data-driven, predictive monitoring technologies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts to support reporting, planning, and performance reviews.
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings to align on strategy, share best practices, and contribute to portfolio-wide initiatives.
  • Uphold Philips’ purpose of improving lives through accessible, quality healthcare by building trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience selling medical devices, ideally Patient Monitoring systems, OR a clinical background as a nurse in ICU, OR, Critical Care, or Cardiology
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Ability to pass a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships in healthcare environments
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on translating clinical needs into commercial solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across UK hospital sites
