📋 Description

• As an Account Manager - Infection Prevention Specialist, Vascular at Solventum, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hospital stakeholders in peri-operative departments, patient care areas, and quality teams, driving sustainable business growth through strategic account management and clinical expertise.
• You will manage relationships with key clinical and economic decision-makers, leverage data and analytics to inform business planning, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with channel partners to align on mutually beneficial programs while delivering product education and technical support.
• Solventum is a new healthcare company with a legacy of innovation, dedicated to improving lives through breakthrough solutions at the intersection of health, material, and data science, where empathy and clinical intelligence guide every innovation.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in infection prevention, vascular solutions, and healthcare sales, while building strong customer relationships, mastering territory management, and contributing to product adoption and standardization efforts across healthcare facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of sales, clinical, or related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
