📋 Description

• • As an Account Manager in the Life Sciences team at Patsnap, you will partner with Account Executives to support and grow the company’s largest and most strategic clients, playing a critical role in driving commercial outcomes and ensuring long-term customer success within a high-growth, pre-IPO unicorn.
• • Day to day, you will manage complex client relationships, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, and support the delivery of value from Patsnap’s IP and R&D innovation platform to life sciences customers.
• • You will join a vibrant, diverse, and entrepreneurial team based in Toronto with global offices in Singapore, London, and Shanghai, contributing to a company-wide culture that values inclusivity, innovation, and rapid growth backed by $300M in Series E funding and a $1B valuation.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise account management within the innovation and IP space, strengthen your stakeholder collaboration and commercial acumen, and grow your career alongside a scaling global leader in AI-powered research intelligence.
