- • We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Genova team.
- • In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth and manage brand relationships across the Italian market.
- • You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team.
- • We are a passionate, dynamic group of team players focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating across marketing, operations, and product departments.
- • Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- • Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region.
- • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.
- • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
- • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics.
- • P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
- • Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- • Commercial expertise: Significant experience in account management or sales, ideally within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.
- • Financial acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and a proven ability to handle complex commercial negotiations.
- • Relationship building: Proven ability to create and maintain long-term strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
- • Strategic project management: Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide best practices and portfolio strategy.
- • Communication skills: Fluency in Italian and a strong professional command of English to collaborate with our global teams.

- • The total target compensation (OTE) for this role is €36,000 – €45,000 gross per year, of which the base salary range is €31,320 – €39,150.
- • This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
