- • As an Account Manager at Real Chemistry, you will serve as the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and taking responsibility for the delivery of several medium-sized projects in the healthcare communications and marketing space, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards within budget and agreed timeframes.
- • You will act as a captain managing the execution of parallel ongoing projects, coaching junior team members, delegating tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring all team actions are complete while maintaining awareness of client needs, strategy, and brand preferences.

- • You will develop skills in client delivery, business development, team management, and financial management, gaining experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to internal initiatives that foster culture and innovation across the Medical Communications team and Real Chemistry broadly.

- • Relevant degree in a scientific subject
- • Highly organised with a mindfulness of deadlines, ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities, and strong attention to detail
- • Ability to mentor junior staff and delegate accordingly to achieve project deadlines
- • Excellent business communication ability, including informal/formal presentation and writing skills
- • High energy, able to effectively operate in a fast-paced, growing, and evolving environment
