  • • As an Account Manager – MGU Partnerships at Arlo Technologies, you will own the end-to-end relationship with MGU partners’ functional teams, driving accountability, standardizing processes, and ensuring partners are equipped to operate with confidence and self-sufficiency. You will serve as a strong, structured presence and opinionated guide to partners while contributing to platform and internal workflow improvements.
  • • Your role is critical to scaling Arlo’s mission of rebuilding health insurance using AI—by enabling MGU partners to effectively use Arlo’s platform, you directly support the delivery of continuous, personalized care navigation, benefits guidance, appointment scheduling, and financial risk mitigation for tens of thousands of members.
  • • Day to day, you will own all partner communication end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for MGU partners, facilitating and leading recurring weekly partner meetings and biweekly webinars focused on onboarding, training, and platform updates.
  • • You will own the full MGU group implementation process within a 90-day window, enforcing clear milestones and accountability checkpoints, conducting discovery with new partners to understand their current processes, and consulting on improvements to drive efficiency and adoption.
  • • You will lead recurring biweekly webinars covering quoting, implementation, and platform updates, integrating them into the onboarding experience for every new portal signup, and push partners into standardized processes and workflows—setting the standard rather than adapting to theirs.
  • • You will develop and roll out process changes across the partner base in a consistent, scalable way, build and maintain partner plan suites and documentation in internal tools, and surface partner feedback and operational insights to improve the product and internal tooling.
  • • You will collaborate with internal teammates to tag-team complex partner issues and flex into other areas such as General Administrator relationships and other operational needs as the business evolves.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in health insurance structures, MGU operations, and AI-enabled healthcare platforms while honing your skills in process design, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • You will have the opportunity to shape scalable partner operations from the ground up, influence product direction through real-world feedback, and grow into broader operational or leadership roles as Arlo scales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or a related industry in a customer-facing role.
  • • Strong understanding of health plan structures, terminology, and processes.
  • • Exceptional project management and organizational skills — you thrive in structured environments and bring that structure to others.
  • • Confident, direct communicator who can simplify complexity and hold partners accountable without being a people-pleaser.
  • • Comfortable with CRMs, ticketing systems, and modern workplace tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
