- • As an SMB Practice Success Account Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will manage a large portfolio of 4,500+ single-location dental practices, driving retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction through data-driven outreach and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will use dashboards and CRM tools to identify at-risk accounts, execute proactive engagement within SLAs, run targeted campaigns to increase scanner utilization and product activation, and serve as a trusted point of contact for training, troubleshooting, and relationship building with practice managers and stakeholders.
- • You will be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by leading venture capital and focused on simplifying every function of dental practice through technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaled account management, SaaS customer success workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed engagement strategies—growing your impact in a high-volume, innovative environment while contributing to team experiments that refine retention and operational workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding or Customer Success within or related to SaaS/healthcare vertical
- • Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with strong attention to detail and prioritization
- • Experience using Case Queues or CRM dashboards to drive daily workflows and outreach
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with customers over phone and email
- • High degree of organization, follow-through, and accountability
- • Curious, proactive, and energized by fast-paced, evolving environments
