- • Drive new business development across the Shows vertical by identifying and pursuing opportunities in music, comedy, EDM, Country, sports, theater, and Broadway markets.
- • Conduct proactive outreach to artist managers, booking agents, and promoters to generate and convert new Yondr show engagements.
- • Own end-to-end deal management from initial pitch through contract execution, collaborating with the Director of Music & Events on pricing, proposals, and negotiation.
- • Maintain and grow a qualified pipeline of prospective artists and tours with consistent forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of confirmed Shows clients, ensuring seamless service from deal close through show execution.
- • Coordinate logistics and client expectations with internal Production teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution of confirmed engagements.
- • Identify and pursue upsell and extension opportunities within existing accounts, including multi-show and touring deals.
- • Collect, track, and report final ticket counts, billing documentation, and post-show performance metrics for client accounts.
- • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artist teams, agencies, promoters, and venues across the live entertainment ecosystem.
- • Represent Yondr at industry conferences, showcases, and events to advance department visibility and brand presence.
- • Collaborate with the Director and Marketing teams to develop vertical-specific sales materials, pitch decks, and artist testimonials.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and deal records in Airtable and internal systems.
- • Support pipeline tracking, forecasting, and margin reporting in coordination with the Director and Finance teams.
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives including pricing strategy refinement, contract overhaul, and rollout of new services.
- • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with high accountability for commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.
- • Contribute to expansion into underdeveloped markets, with active focus on Theater and Broadway as near-term priorities.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect Yondr’s mission of fostering phone-free, human-centered live experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in artist relations, talent agency, music business, promotions, or live entertainment sales
- • Established relationships across the live entertainment ecosystem (artist management, booking agencies, promoters, venues)
- • Proven track record of closing deals and managing long-term client relationships in a commercial context
- • Strong commercial instincts including comfort with pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation
- • Experience with Airtable, CRM platforms, or pipeline management tools
- • Genuine enthusiasm for and fluency in the live entertainment landscape
