  • • Own and manage a portfolio of 100+ multi-location dental practice accounts across the UK, ensuring high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning
  • • Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including the activation of additional doctors and the sale of extra dental scanners
  • • Expand customer relationships by selling Dandy’s technology into new practice locations within parent accounts, increasing market penetration and revenue per client
  • • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with dentists and key stakeholders at small to medium-sized dental practices, using consultative solutioning to align Dandy’s offerings with their operational and business goals
  • • Engage with clients regularly via phone (over 60% of the day) to understand their pain points, provide tailored guidance, and reinforce the value of Dandy’s platform throughout the customer journey
  • • Analyze customer data and dashboard metrics to inform outreach strategies, prioritize account interventions, and predict churn risks, adjusting tactics to maximize retention
  • • Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, successful adoption, and timely resolution of customer issues
  • • Experiment with sales scripts, engagement tactics, and use cases to continuously optimize customer retention and expansion outcomes
  • • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements and share insights across internal teams to drive company-wide enhancements
  • • Deepen understanding of dental practice operations and the competitive digital dentistry landscape to speak fluently with clinicians and position Dandy as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
  • • Navigate complex commercial negotiations with practice owners, tailoring terms and packages to meet their needs while maintaining Dandy’s revenue targets
  • • Travel occasionally to attend company offsites, industry events, and to conduct in-person visits with key customers as needed
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for multi-location dental clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and a unified customer experience across all touchpoints
  • • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent account priorities, deadlines, and initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • • Embrace a performance-driven culture with a focus on measurable outcomes, iterating quickly based on results and feedback to refine approach and improve performance
  • • Partner with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable product and operational improvements that enhance overall customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in the dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a role directly interfacing with dentists
  • • Proven track record of upselling and expanding account portfolios within B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium-sized businesses
  • • Comfortable spending over 60% of the workday on client phone calls
  • • Ability to analyze data and use dashboards to guide outreach and decision-making
  • • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
