📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ dental practice accounts, primarily in the Multi Location segment, ensuring proactive engagement and long-term customer retention
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by strategically expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional scanners, users, and practice locations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dentists, building trusted, consultative relationships to understand their operational goals and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular phone and virtual outreach, spending over 60% of your time directly engaging with clients to nurture relationships and identify expansion opportunities
  • Analyze customer data and usage dashboards to inform account planning, prioritize high-impact interactions, and reduce churn through targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, activation of new users, and resolution of clinical or technical concerns
  • Speak fluently in the language of dental clinicians, demonstrating deep knowledge of dental practice operations and the competitive digital dentistry landscape
  • Negotiate commercial terms with practice owners and decision-makers while aligning Dandy’s offerings with their specific needs and pain points
  • Experiment with new tactics, talk tracks, and use cases to continuously improve retention strategies and customer experience across the account journey
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to relay insights to Product, Engineering, and Training teams to drive product enhancements and service improvements
  • Travel periodically to attend Dandy offsites, industry events, and to visit customer practices in person, as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organizational discipline to manage multiple concurrent accounts, priorities, and internal cross-functional initiatives
  • Adapt quickly to evolving company goals, market dynamics, and customer needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Leverage local market knowledge of dental norms, terminology, and regulatory context in Spain to effectively engage and support clients
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dandy within the dental community, reinforcing trust and loyalty through consistent, value-driven interactions
  • Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to track account health, communication history, and growth metrics to ensure data-informed decision-making
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to increase user adoption within practices, including onboarding new dentists, hygienists, and staff
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs before they arise, turning potential issues into opportunities for deeper engagement and expanded product usage
  • Partner with Customer Support to resolve escalated concerns and ensure high satisfaction scores across your book of business
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting successful approaches and lessons learned to elevate team-wide performance
