- • As an Account Manager at Perk, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and drive growth and margin within existing accounts in the UK and Irish markets, playing a key role in expanding Perk’s impact through strong customer relationships and strategic account development.
- • You will own a portfolio of SMB customers, engage with key decision makers, understand their business needs, leverage data for business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolve account issues, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native level of English
- • Previous account management or customer success experience
- • Background in SaaS or travel-tech highly preferred
- • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- • Strong prioritization and time management abilities

- • Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
