📋 Description

• As an Account Manager at Perk, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and drive growth and margin within existing accounts in the UK and Irish markets, playing a key role in expanding Perk’s impact through strong customer relationships and strategic account development.
• You will own a portfolio of SMB customers, engage with key decision makers, understand their business needs, leverage data for business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolve account issues, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native level of English
• Previous account management or customer success experience
• Background in SaaS or travel-tech highly preferred
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities
• Result-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as top priority
• Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
• Empathetic, honest, trustworthy, and team-oriented mindset
• Focused, determined, and open to frequent feedback
