  • • As an Account Manager for Towne Park, you will directly oversee one Tier 1 or 2 account, driving financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives for luxury hotel valet and parking services in Austin, TX.
  • • Day to day, you will manage financial systems and business metrics, lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and associate development, ensure consistent service delivery, maintain client relationships, enforce safety and risk protocols, and support sales initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and reporting client changes.
  • • Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to creating smiles by delivering exceptional experiences to millions of patients, visitors, and guests across healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment sectors, where your role directly impacts guest and associate experiences.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in multi-functional account management, strengthen leadership and coaching abilities, gain deep insight into hospitality operations and client partnership strategies, and position yourself for advancement into senior operations or district management roles within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service
  • • Must be able to drive a manual transmission and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen
  • • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications
  • • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
