Account Manager, xStocks

📋 Description

• • As an Account Manager for xStocks at Kraken, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners in the tokenized equities space, driving adoption, increasing AUM, and deepening usage of tokenized assets across institutional and crypto-native clients.
• • Day to day, you will manage high-value accounts, run QBRs/MBRs, develop engagement strategies, collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, treasury, and sales teams, track marketing incentives vs ROI, and represent xStocks at global conferences with approximately 30–35% travel across US, APAC, and Europe.
• • Kraken is a mission-driven, fully remote crypto company with team members in 70+ countries, focused on accelerating global crypto adoption through security, education, and world-class client support, with xStocks building at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in tokenized assets, institutional crypto markets, and cross-functional growth strategy, while building long-term partner relationships and shaping xStocks’ position as a leader in tokenized asset infrastructure.
