📋 Description

• • The Account Receivables Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for healthcare services by managing the full lifecycle of medical claims, directly impacting the financial health of healthcare providers and supporting TruBridge’s mission to streamline revenue cycle operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing pre-call analysis, contacting payers via phone, IVR, or web portals to verify claim status, maintaining detailed documentation in client software, recording post-call actions, interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), analyzing underpayments and denials using UB04, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes, submitting and resubmitting claims, following up on denials and appeals, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and meeting daily/weekly productivity and audit targets.
