- • The Account Services Manager 2 role at WEX Inc. is responsible for managing pricing operations across the Americas, driving customer experience, reducing financial risk, and improving stakeholder education on pricing functionality to support scale and efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing email inboxes, facilitating specialized pricing setups, responding to stakeholder requests with urgency and accuracy, investigating and resolving technical and billing issues, ensuring compliance through auditing, producing performance and volume reports, and owning process improvement initiatives using AI and automation.
- • The Pricing Center team focuses on operational excellence, leveraging technology to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and foster adaptability to change while supporting WEX’s broader customer service and financial accuracy goals.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in pricing systems, gain experience in process automation and AI integration, strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills, and build influence through cross-functional collaboration and project ownership.
