  • • Oversee a portfolio of high-volume transactional clients and prospects, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • • Qualify inbound leads by understanding business requirements and managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including scheduling demos, providing proposals, and facilitating onboarding handoffs.
  • • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of 1Password’s Unified Access Management platform in accessible, non-technical language.
  • • Proactively identify upsell opportunities by assessing customer usage patterns and aligning product capabilities with evolving client needs.
  • • Respond to high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
  • • Collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, and other internal teams to ensure seamless deal closures and smooth customer transitions.
  • • Share actionable client feedback and product requirements with cross-functional teams including Growth, Marketing, and Operations to influence product and strategy priorities.
  • • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics including activity levels, time to close, average deal size, and revenue attainment, taking data-driven actions to improve performance.
  • • Accurately manage and update all sales activities, pipeline data, and customer interactions in Salesforce to ensure visibility and reporting integrity.
  • • Leverage AI-powered tools daily for real-time coaching, insight surfacing, and workflow optimization to enhance customer engagement and sales efficiency.
  • • Work in-office at least 3–5 days per week from either the Toronto, ON or Austin, TX office, with mandatory in-person onboarding in Toronto for all go-to-market hires.
  • • Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment by adapting quickly to changing priorities, embracing ambiguity, and driving results in a high-growth SaaS organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas and sales targets
  • • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, digestible terms
  • • Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Annual base salary between $55,000 CAD and $75,000 CAD (Canada) or $60,000 USD and $81,000 USD (USA), with commission eligibility
