- • As an Account Specialist, Inbound Support Rep at Forward Financing, you will provide customer service to individuals with questions about their funding, supporting the award-winning Account Servicing Department while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will handle inbound customer contacts requiring advanced English and Spanish fluency, addressing balance inquiries, payoff information, and general payment support via phone, online, written, and face-to-face channels.
- • You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven culture rooted in Forward Financing’s core values, working closely with teams in Santiago and Boston to deliver gold-standard support.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills through hands-on 1:1 coaching, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and exceeding departmental KPIs and SLAs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced English fluency
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
