📋 Description

• As an Account Strategist, Commerce (Remote US) at Directive Consulting LLC, you will own the strategy and performance of Shopping (Google and Bing) and Marketplace (Amazon, Shopify, and other B2B marketplaces) for mid-market and enterprise B2B manufacturers and distributors, directly impacting client revenue outcomes through data-driven channel optimization.
• Day to day, you will lead Shopping and Marketplace strategy calls, diagnose channel architecture (1P vs. 3P Amazon, feed health, MAP enforcement), direct feed strategy in Feedonomics or equivalent platforms, build Shopping and Performance Max campaigns aligned to B2B buyer behavior, manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, run bi-weekly client meetings and QBRs, build revenue-connected reporting, and proactively flag risks like channel conflict or Buy Box loss.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B commerce strategy, contribute to the evolution of Directive Commerce’s playbook and ChannelOS framework, document repeatable frameworks from client engagements, partner with the Managing Director on methodology development, and achieve measurable goals including 100% NSM attainment, CSAT > 4.5, and >90% account retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing paid media, with 2+ years of direct Shopping/feeds and/or Amazon experience
• Hands-on fluency in Feedonomics (or GoDataFeed, Productsup, Channable) and Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Working knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP
• Experience with B2B clients or high-SKU catalog environments
• Strong written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to C-suite buyers
• Experience working directly with clients and holding a role to both set strategy & execute with the support of Directors
