- • At the heart of our approach is Customer Generation, a proprietary marketing methodology developed in-house. Unlike traditional metrics that focus on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), our methodology is centered on driving tangible business outcomes: Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers. This strategic focus ensures that our efforts directly contribute to our clients' bottom-line growth. As an Account Strategist, you will report directly to the Associate Director and play a pivotal role within our social media team. - • Your primary responsibility will be to serve a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, acting as the central point of contact for all LinkedIn advertising initiatives. You will be instrumental in communicating campaign performance, developing bespoke strategies tailored to each client's unique objectives, and meticulously executing paid media deliverables. - • Key Responsibilities and Contributions:
- • Spearhead the management and strategic direction of a dedicated portfolio of social media advertising accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency best practices.
- • Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships built on transparency and performance.
- • Proactively engage in weekly communication with external vendors and operational partners to ensure seamless execution, uphold work quality standards, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- • Develop and present comprehensive, data-informed quarterly strategies that outline clear objectives, tactical approaches, and anticipated outcomes for each client.
- • Take ownership of the creation, meticulous maintenance, and continuous optimization of paid media budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment and efficient resource allocation.
- • Cultivate a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lead routing processes within client CRMs, verifying that qualified leads are efficiently directed to the appropriate sales teams.
- • Maintain a high level of personal productivity and utilization, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to rigorously track progress against both internal agency objectives and critical client goals, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- • Develop a thorough understanding of the strategic value and application of programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader media mix.
- • Actively identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and generating referrals through exceptional client relationship management and leveraging your professional network.
- • Execute and meticulously optimize advertising campaigns within the LinkedIn platform, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing sophisticated targeting parameters, and implementing advanced audience segmentation to maximize campaign ROI.
- • Analyze campaign performance data using a variety of tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other relevant analytics platforms, to derive actionable insights and drive continuous optimization.
- • Translate complex strategic concepts and performance data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both client executives and internal teams.
- • Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation, staying abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising, particularly within the B2B and LinkedIn ecosystem.
- • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timeliness.
- • Maintain an unwavering commitment to quality in all aspects of your work, upholding the highest standards of execution and strategic thinking.
- • Travel to client sites as needed, approximately once per year per client, to foster relationships and conduct in-person strategic discussions.
